Wedding Styling and Production

Do you provide food & beverage?

Wedding planning services do not include food and/or beverage directly provided from us, we will guide you in hiring a caterer. 


What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Legal Terms

Full payment is due two weeks (14 days) before event date. In the event of an emergency or for other reasons rescheduling is contingent upon availability and additional fees may be required.


  •  Refund Policy

A client is allowed to cancel at any time before the delivery or event date. However, a cancellation fee will apply. Refunds must be requested in writing by email ONLY and will be processed within 14 business days from the time of receipt of the request.


Refund’s total will be considered as follows:

A. The Deposit payment is non-refundable.

B. Refunds requested more than 3 weeks to the event: total monies paid minus retainer.

C. Refunds requested less than 3 weeks to the event: a maximum of 50% of the total balance is refundable and is subject to change.

D. No refund will be made after delivery has been made or accepted.

E. The Parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this Agreement take effect.

What happens in the case of bad weather?

During the planning process we will discuss back up measures for inclement weather. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

At this time, we currently only accept payments through Honeybook. At least 50% of payment is due at the time of booking to secure your date. Full payment is due 14 days before your event date.

Do you serve alcohol?

Alchohol or bar services can be requested with any package and/or can be provided through the agreed catering service for your event during planning. 

Where can I have my wedding?

We are available to travel to any location within a 40 mile Radius of Aloma Ave, Other areas may require travel fees. 

How many people work on staff for wedding day?

Our base packages include our lead coordinator and one wedding assistant; but larger packages will vary in staff size dependent on the event needs.
