Cancellation Policy
The Term of Agreement (the “Term”) will begin on the date of this Agreement and will remain in full force and effect until the completion of Services, subject to earlier termination as provided in this Agreement. The Term may be extended with the written consent of both parties. The Client is allowed to cancel at any time before the delivery or event date. Refunds must be requested in writing by email ONLY and will be processed within 14 business days from the time of receipt of the request. Refund total will be considered as follows: The deposit/ retainer payment is non-refundable. Refunds requested more than 8 weeks before the event: Last Payment will be refund or a total of 25% of the cost of overall services selected. Refunds requested less than 2 weeks before the event: A maximum of 10% is refundable as the final payments for the event would already have been made to all associated vendors. No Refund will be made after delivery of the Services has been made or accepted. No Refund will be given where there is cancelation due to "Acts of God" i.e., hurricanes, tornadoes, bad weather, earthquake, war, hazardous leaks, threats to personnel and other natural or man-made disasters as Event Decorator can NOT control these conditions.
